Get nominating for the CRN Sales and Marketing Awards 2013

The CRN Sales and Marketing Awards are around the corner, with entries closing 22nd March (5pm GMT) and a shortlist announced 15th April.

This black tie awards evening will take place on 19th June at Lancaster London, promising to be a night of celebration for all involved. These awards will bring together sales and marketing professionals, acknowledging the roles of resellers, distributors and vendors.

SC Awards Europe Deadline Extended to Dec 20

Here’s a little early Christmas gift for the IT security world: Late entries to the SC Awards Europe 2013 will be accepted until December 20th. The deadline extension means you have a little extra time amid the hubbub of the winter holidays to get your entries together. Click here for more information on entering the awards. Please note that all late entries need to be accompanied by a modest late fee.

One of the most prestigious IT security awards in Europe, the SC Awards “honour the professionals working to secure enterprises of all sizes and the vendors that deliver innovative security technologies.” The awards are open to vendors, resellers, MSPs, consultants and integrators. There are categories for solutions, individuals, teams, and projects. 2012 winners included solutions from Accelion, M86, Symantec, Trend Micro and many others, plus individuals from Barclaycard and Realex Payments.

Network Computing Awards 2013 Now Accepting Nominations

It’s time to make your nominations for the UK’s Network Computing Awards, which recognise “the solutions and the companies that have been most impressive in helping organisations function better through getting the most out of their networks.” Nominations will close on January 7th, so click here to make your nominations now. If you’re chosen as a finalist, you will be invited to attend the awards ceremony on March 14th at the Hotel Russell in London’s Russell Square. As TechCrunch explains in the official rules for The Crunchies, “No companies are restricted from consideration.  Certain awards have specified criteria (i.e. best unfunded startup or best new startup launched in 2012) but, otherwise, all companies and products are eligible for consideration based on their business accomplishments made during calendar 2012.  Companies may be nominated for multiple award categories, and companies may win multiple awards.  There are no fees to nominate companies for consideration.”
